Our Story
Valedor was born from a simple idea: the best conversations don't have a curfew. We opened our doors on Milwaukee Avenue to give Logan Square a place that feels just as right at 10 a.m. as it does at 10 p.m.
By day, our barista team pulls shots from single-origin beans and steams milk to silky perfection. By night, our mixologists craft cocktails that honor the craft without the pretense. The space stays the same — warm, unhurried, and yours.
